Returns & Exchanges

At Hayabusa, we stand behind the quality of our combat equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 45 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely package your gear in its original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the return progress.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
